All orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24 — our next-day delivery service. Shipping is a flat £3.50, applied automatically at checkout — you'll see it broken out separately from your order subtotal before you pay.
Orders with a subtotal of £75 or more qualify for free shipping automatically. No code needed — the checkout page and your cart both show a live progress bar toward the free shipping threshold as you shop.
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24, for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm, or over a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the following working day.
Next-day delivery refers to dispatch via Royal Mail's next-day service and reflects Royal Mail's usual delivery performance — it is not a guaranteed delivery time, and occasional delays outside our control can occur once a parcel is with Royal Mail.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Every order ships with Royal Mail tracking. Your tracking reference is included in your dispatch confirmation email, so you can follow your parcel's progress to delivery.
All orders are packed discreetly, with no product branding or descriptions visible on the outer packaging.
