All products sold by MelanoMax are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research use. They are not medicines, supplements, or consumer goods, are not licensed or approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be ingested, injected, applied, or otherwise used on or in a person or animal. By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and that you accept full responsibility for how the products are used once received. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or otherwise use this site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free at all times. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are available on request. We reserve the right to amend product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time without prior notice.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, SumUp; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or listing error has occurred, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable or we suspect misuse of the site.
Orders are dispatched from the UK, typically via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery; orders placed after 4pm, or over a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and is free automatically above the order value threshold displayed on our shop and checkout pages. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If you are a consumer ordering from the UK, you may have a right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, generally within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Due to the nature of our products, once a vial's seal has been broken it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. To request a cancellation or return, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MelanoMax is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of any product outside its intended research purpose, including any use on or in humans or animals. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to MelanoMax and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
